1. Description of Promotion - Casino New Player Offer - 50% Deposit Match Up To $1000
New players can claim this offer by selecting it on the signup screen during the registration process.
For the 50% deposit bonus players must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) 25x on casino games or live dealer. Players have 30 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded.

3. Eligibility
In order to participate in this promotion, the player must be new and select “Casino New Player Offer - 50% Deposit Match Up To $1000” during the registration process. If this is not selected during the registration process, you will not receive the 50% Deposit Bonus. In order to be eligible for this promotion, the player must be 21 years or older and be physically located in the state of New Jersey.

4. Action Required
The player must be opening a new account and select “Casino New Player Offer - 50% Deposit Match Up To $1000” during the registration process. Failing to select this option on the registration process, will result in the bonuses not being added to the account.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer
The 50% deposit bonus can only be claimed on the players 1st deposit. The minimum deposit to claim it is $10. The maximum bonus from the deposit match that will be awarded is $1000. Players can deposit more than $2000 but the bonus match will not exceed $1000.

7. Limitations on Participation
The 50% deposit match can only be used once per player. The bonus cannot be shared and or combined with another new player sign up offer or affiliate promotion.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
For the 50% deposit bonus players must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) 25x on casino games or live dealer. Players have 30 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and any remaining bonus amount.
All table games/live dealer games will only contribute 10% towards bonus wagering. Video Poker is considered a table game and will also contribute 10% towards bonus wagering. For example, $100 wagered on Blackjack will only contribute $10 towards your bonus wagering.
The following games are excluded from contributing to the wagering requirement:

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
When you make a deposit, you will receive a 50% deposit bonus and your bonus funds will be combined with your deposit.
The 25x wagering requirement will apply to only the bonus amount. When meeting the wagering requirements, the cash portion of your combined balance will be used first.

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal
In order to be eligible to withdraw the bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagers made with the bonus funds, players must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) as per the above wagering requirements. Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or cancelling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited. However, any unused portion of the original deposit amount will be available.

12. Cancellation
If a patron wants to cancel their bonus, please follow the ensuing steps: Select the My Account on the upper right hand corner > Bonuses > Select the Specific Bonus you would like to cancel > Scroll down and select “Forfeit Bonus” > Finally, select “Yes, Forfeit Bonus”.
