1. Description of Promotion - Casino New Player Offer - 50% Deposit Match Up To $1000
New players can claim this offer by selecting it on the signup screen during the registration process.

2. Promotion Period
May 9th, 2023 – March 1st, 2024

3. Eligibility
In order to participate in this promotion, the player must be new and select “Casino New Player Offer - 50% Deposit Match Up To $1000” during the registration process. If this is not selected during the registration process, you will not receive the 50% Deposit Bonus. In order to be eligible for this promotion, the player must be 21 years or older and be physically located in the state of New Jersey.

4. Action Required
The player must be opening a new account and select “Casino New Player Offer - 50% Deposit Match Up To $1000” during the registration process. Failing to select this option on the registration process, will result in the bonuses not being added to the account.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer
The 50% deposit bonus can only be claimed on the players 1st deposit. The minimum deposit to claim it is $10. The maximum bonus from the deposit match that will be awarded is $1000. Players can deposit more than $2000 but the bonus match will not exceed $1000.

7. Limitations on Participation
The 50% deposit match can only be used once per player. The bonus cannot be shared and or combined with another new player sign up offer or affiliate promotion.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
For the 50% deposit bonus players must wager the deposit and bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) 20x on casino or live dealer games. Players have 30 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and any remaining bonus amount.
Example: If you deposit $100 using the 50% Deposit Bonus Offer, you will receive $50 in bonus money along with the $100 you deposited. You would have to wager a total amount of $150, 20X ($3000) for casino games.
All table games/live dealer games will only contribute 10% towards bonus wagering. Video Poker is considered a table game and will also contribute 10% towards bonus wagering. For example, $100 wagered on Blackjack will only contribute $10 towards your bonus wagering.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
When you deposit and claim the 50% deposit bonus, your bonus funds will be combined in your account balance. When wagering, the portion of your balance that is cash will be used first.
Example: If you deposit $1000 using the 50% Deposit Bonus offer, then you will receive a $500 bonus. Player will see $1,500 as the balance to play.

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal
In order to be eligible to withdraw the bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagers made with the bonus funds, players must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) as per the above wagering requirements. Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or cancelling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited. However, any unused portion of the original deposit amount will be available.

12. Cancellation
