• 1. Description of Promotion
New Player Offer – New players will get up to a $500 first bet insurance if they don’t hit a winner on their 1st cash bet and can claim a free $10 casino bonus by using the code “MARCH” when creating a new account.
First bet insurance bet will be rewarded to a player’s account in the form of bonus funds. Bonus funds require a 1x playthrough requirement on the sportsbook market and a 20x playthrough requirement on casino games.
The $10 casino bonus requires a 3x playthrough on casino games and 20x on the sportsbook market.
Promotions offering bonus funds (hereinafter referred to as “bonuses” or “promotions”) may be offered to both new and current players of the Unibet platform. Terms and conditions of any bonus are designed to be read in conjunction with the specific language of the promotion offered. In the event of a conflict between the bonus promotion and the Unibet bonus policy, the language in the specific promotion offered will prevail.

3. Eligibility
In order to participate in this promotion, the player must be new and enter the code “MARCH” during the registration process. If this code is not entered during the registration process, you will not receive the $500 first bet insurance & $10 Free Bonus Money. In order to be eligible for this promotion, the player must be 21 years or older and be physically in the state of Pennsylvania.
Per Pennsylvania Code 812a.2(b), to establish an active account with Unibet PA, a player must provide information including legal name, date of birth, last four of the player's social security number, home address, email address, and telephone number. This information is verified by Unibet, and once verified, a player has established an active account. Active accounts are all those accounts that are do not have one of the following statuses - self-excluded, closed, cool off, suspended, or locked.
4. Action Required
The player must be opening a new account and enter the code “MARCH” during the registration process. Failing to enter this code during the registration process, will result in the bonuses not being added to the account.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
Players first cash bets of a minimum $10 on any sports market will be eligible. Players will receive a bonus money refund on their first cash bet placed. If they do not win, the max refund players can receive back for this bet is $500. Refunds will be applied to losing bets automatically but, in some circumstances, may take up to 72 hours. Once bonus refund is applied to your account it will go directly to your bonus balance.
Once the $10 Free Casino Bonus has been selected during the registration process and your account has been verified, the $10 bonus will automatically appear in your account.

Limited to one first bet insurance refund per player. If your first cash bet is a push, then you will not be eligible for a bonus. If you cash out your first cash bet, then you will not be eligible. Players that are awarded a bonus for the first bet insurance refund, will not be eligible for any new player Casino offer. If your first cash bet wins, the first bet insurance offer is considered complete and you will not receive a refund.
The $10 free bonus can only be used once per player. The bonus cannot be shared and or combined with another new player sign up offer or affiliate promotion.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Players who receive a bonus refund on their first cash bet must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) 1X on any sports market or 20x on casino. Players have 30 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and any remaining bonus amount.
Example: If you lose your first cash bet for $100, then you will receive $100 in bonus money. To complete the wagering requirement, you must wager that $100 1x on Sportsbook or 20X on the Casino to convert that balance to cash. The player would see $100 in their bonus balance as the amount needed to wager. The player would need to wager $100 on the sportsbook market or $2,000 on casino play.
Sportsbook bets must be wagered and settled at odds of -300 or higher (e.g. -200, +100) to contribute towards any bonus wagering. Odds that are enhanced via either a Profit Boost or Odds Boost token will only contribute to any bonus wagering at their original price. All table games will only contribute 10% towards bonus wagering. Video Poker is considered a table game and will also contribute 10% towards bonus wagering. For example, $100 wagered on Blackjack will only contribute $10 towards your bonus wagering.
The $10 free casino bonus amount must be wagered (the “Wagering Requirement”) 3x on casino games or 20X on the sportsbook. Sportsbook players have a wagering requirement of odds -300 or greater (i.e -200, +100). Players have exactly 30 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the date/time the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and any remaining bonus amount.
Player Wallet Balances
Cash Balance – A player’s cash balance is the amount that is deposited into his or her account from an approved deposit method, or that the player has won from wagering, and that is not linked to any bonus or promotion. This balance may be played with or withdrawn at any time.
Restricted Cash Balance – A player’s restricted cash balance is a player’s cash balance that is deposited into his or her account from an approved deposit method and is linked to a bonus which the player has opted into. The player must meet the wagering requirements of the bonus before the restricted cash balance linked to that bonus is moved into the player’s cash balance. A player may withdraw funds from their restricted cash balance at any time, however, any bonus funds received from the promotion the player opted into and associated with the withdrawn restricted cash balance will be forfeited.
Bonus Balance – A player’s bonus balance consists of restricted funds a player receives as a result of opting into a promotion or through a deposit match. All bonus funds are associated with a wagering requirement that must be met before they are moved into a player’s cash balance and become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement specific to each promotion. The wagering requirement for each bonus is defined in the Specific Bonus Terms for that bonus.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
If the players first cash bet ($10 or over) loses, they will be refunded in Bonus Money (up to $500).
The player will receive the $10 free bonus money after entering the code “MARCH” during the registration process and getting their account verified.
If a player opts into a deposit bonus that has wagering requirements, the player’s deposit will be placed in the Restricted Cash Balance section of the player’s wallet, and the bonus funds associated with the promotion or bonus will be placed in the Bonus Balance section of the player’s wallet. When placing a wager, funds will first be taken from the Restricted Cash Balance portion of the player’s wallet. When the Restricted Cash Balance funds are exhausted, funds will then be taken from the Bonus Balance for wagers. If there are no funds in the player’s Restricted Cash Balance, all funds will be taken from the player’s Bonus Balance.
If a player wins a wager made with funds taken from the Restricted Cash Balance and/or the Bonus Balance, and the player has not met the playthrough requirements of the bonus or promotion yet, the winnings will first reload into the Bonus Balance up to the amount taken from the Bonus Balance, if any. Any remaining funds will then be deposited into the Restricted Cash Balance section of the player’s wallet. Where funds from both the Restricted Cash Balance and the Bonus Balance are used to place a wager, proceeds from a winning wager will be returned to those balances in the reverse of the order they were taken.
All promotions and bonus funds have an expiration date and time based on the Specific Bonus Terms and the date when the bonus or promotion was applied to the player’s account. The Specific Bonus Terms of a promotion or bonus will be used to determine when bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Bonus Balance if a player does not meet the wagering requirement.
Please keep in mind that all winnings are subject to tax withholdings where required by law.
Funds in a player’s Bonus Balance can be wagered with, but not withdrawn, until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Funds in a player’s Restricted Cash Balance can be withdrawn at any time, but may result in the forfeit of any remaining Bonus Balance or winnings from wagers made with the player’s Bonus Balance and/or in excess of the player’s original Restricted Cash Balance. In addition, winnings from wagers made with a player’s Bonus Balance and/or Restricted Cash Balance may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Once the wagering requirement has been fulfilled, all restricted funds – Bonus Balance and Restricted Cash Balance, as well as winnings from wagers made with the same – become part of the Cash Balance and may be withdrawn in full.
When placing a wager, funds will be taken first from the Restricted Cash Balance, then the Bonus Balance. Proceeds from a winning wager will first be used to refill the Bonus Balance, then the Restricted Cash Balance, with the remainder considered winnings; subsequent wagers will be taken from any winnings, then the Restricted Cash Balance, then the Bonus Balance. The wagering requirement will be fulfilled, and all funds linked to that bonus or promotion released to the Cash Balance, when wagers have been made in an amount that is equal to or greater than the wagering requirement. However, if the total of the player’s Restricted Cash Balance, Bonus Balance, and any winnings from the same reaches zero, or the bonus or promotion expires as per the Specific Bonus Terms, the player’s Bonus Balance and any winnings from bonus-related wagers in excess of the player’s initial Restricted Cash Balance will be forfeited.

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal
In order to be eligible to withdraw the bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagers made with the bonus funds, players must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) as per the above wagering requirements. Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or cancelling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited. However, any unused portion of the original deposit amount will be available.

12. Cancellation
